The scholarship covers half of tuition fee of each academic year and insurance fee.
Note:
For applicants who got the scholarship successfully need to pay the whole fees to school when they register in school , normally students will receive the scholarship money after they studied in school within 1 month.
Be in health, and abide for Chinese laws. Age between 18-40 Master applicants should have a strong academic background and strong ability of innovation and doing research. With good grades. Language required: HSK 5 level is required for studying Chinese taught programs, and holding HSK 6 level is preference. English level certificate is required for English taught programs, above TOEFL 80 or IELTS 6.5 above is preference. For foreign citizens of Chinese origin, OUC (Ocean University of China follows the MOE documents of No.83 (2009). Applicants with recommended by college are preference.

With the aim of pushing forward development of international education and cultivating high-level talents of environmental and natural resources law, School of Law and Political Science, Ocean University of China launched and established the Master Program of Environmental and Natural Resources Law (ENRL).
With 2 years’ duration of study and designed for overseas students with Bachelor degrees of law and above, ENRL is characterized with its high-quality course system, advanced teaching philosophy and combined mechanism of researches and occupations. Adopting mini- class education and English teaching mode, courses are taught by full-time teachers of OUC and foreign teachers from other countries.Students will work closely with faculty on research projects and participate in environmental protection activities launched by international organizations. Students can also enter into the editing work of China’s Environmental and Natural Resources Law Review.
Chinese language and cultural courses will be arranged for applicants interested in Chinese. Participants in the first year study basic courses, specialized courses and parts of elective courses, in the second year mainly going in for internship program and accomplishing dissertation as well as debate. OUC admits students earning enough credits of 31 and issues them Master degree certificates.
