This scholarship includes tuition, expenses for accommodation and living, and medical insurance. Funding period:Three years for doctoral students. Classification 1: total 87,800, tuition fee for 33,000， accommodation fee 12,000，living fee 42,000 and medical insurance fee 800. Classification 2: total 92,800, tuition fee for 38,000, accommodation fee 12,000，living fee 42,000 and medical insurance fee 800. Classification 3: total 99,800, tuition fee for 45,000, accommodation fee 12,000，living fee 42,000 and medical insurance fee 800. Students evaluated as qualified are entitled to get the scholarship in the following year

b.The applicant's learning attitude is correct and the results are excellent.
c.The applicant's qualifications and age requirements: Applicants who apply for Doctoral's degree programs must have a Master's degree, which is generally less than 40 years old.
d.The Chinese government scholarships and other kinds of scholarships have not been obtained at the same time.
e.HSK 4 is required for application for Chinese-taught undergraduate programs. English proficiency test certificate is required for English-taught Programs.

3.The Master’ diploma, diploma and transcript of a notarized diploma;
If the applicant is a student, it is required to submit the expected graduation certificate issued by the school. The certificate of non - Chinese and English should also be provided with a notarized Chinese or English translation.

4.Personal statement: no less than 1000 words apply for master's degree, and no less than 1500 words for doctoral candidates. The contents should include personal learning, work experience, academic research results, master's or PhD's research plan, and personal development goals after graduation.
5.A letter of recommendation from two professors or associate professors should be the original in Chinese or English;
