The education object of this discipline are foreigners or overseas Chinese whose mother languages are not Chinese and who have senior high school degree or above. The education objective is to cultivate internationalized advanced application-oriented software engineering talents who are adapt to the needs of modern international community, have good comprehensive quality, familiar with basic knowledge of Chinese culture, national conditions and social culture, have certain software design and development foundation, systematically master professional knowledge and skills in software engineering, be able to engage in complex software system design, development and management, have good professional ethics, enterprising spirit, basic Chinese communication skills and certain enterprise management ability, familiar with IT culture and operating rules in IT industry and have independent opinions and innovation capability.
Computer Science and Technology; Main courses: Chinese, Fundamentals of College Computer, College Mathematics, College Physics, Algorithms and Data Structures, C Language Program Design, Object Oriented Programming, Engineering Graphics, Computer-aided Drawing, Fundamentals of Circuit Analysis, Analog Electronic Circuits, Digital Logic Circuit, Digital Communication and Network, Software Engineering, Computer Operating System, Principle & Application of Database, etc. Length of schooling: the basic length of schooling is four years. Students can finish course of study within three to six years, the specific task is implemented according to relevant regulations by the school.
