Scholarship Detail

Class B Scholarship:

Bachelor’s degree:
160 students, at a rate of 20,000 RMB/person.

The scholarship covers:
1. Registration fee, tuition fee, fee for basic learning materials
2. Accommodation fee and serious disease and accident insurance.

Note:

• The results on scholarship will come out in Sep. Applicants need to pay about 3000 RMB seat reserve fee before they come to China to get self-sponsored program seat at first. The seat reserve fee will be used as tuition fee after student registered in the school.
• Students need to pay the whole fees when they register in school.
• The university will review those students who paid seat reserve fee and got self-sponsored admission's scholarship application and decide whether or not offer applicant scholarship.

Eligibility

a. Applicant for bachelor’s degree program or for two/three-year college degree should have obtained senior high school diploma or equivalent education, and be under the age of 30.

b. Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health.

c. Applicants should comply with the laws and regulations in China, and comply with the rules and disciplines in the host university.

d. Applicants should have a good knowledge of Chinese and provide proofs such as HSK certificates or other Chinese learning or Chinese examination certificates.
For those applying for courses taught in English, the standard might be lowered.

• Zhejiang University of Science and Technology-Rockwell Automation Comprehensive Laboratory was established under the support of Rockwell Automation a world famous company in 2015.
• It is an automation engineering application base which can provide theoretical teaching and engineering practice platform for the majors of robotics engineering, automation, electrical engineering and its automation.
• It has 20 sets of PLC control experiment, asynchronous motor drive control experiment and servo motor control experimental device each, and 3 sets of college student competition training equipment.

1. Training Goal

• By taking this program, undergraduate students will master the basic principles and specialized knowledge concerning with measurement and control technology, optical engineering, electronics and computer science. 
• The students also have opportunities to learn the latest advances in the areas of photoelectric detection technology and microelectronic information technology.

2. Program Structure

Note: For applicants whose english is weak, they need to choose English as their selective courses during their degree study.

3. Fees

Editor Notes: The fees is subject to the school standard when the applicants arrive at the school.

• ​Application Fee: RMB400 Yuan or USD80.
• Tuition Fees of Long-term Chinese Language Program: RMB 6500 Yuan/semester or 13,000 Yuan/year.   
• Books and Learning Materials: It will depend on the real price of books delivered (about RMB 300-600 Yuan per semester). 
• On-campus accommodation: Single Room: RMB 1200 Yuan/month; Double Room: RMB 600 Yuan/month/person.
• Off-campus Single Room: 800 Yuan/month; Off-campus Double Room: RMB 400 Yuan/month/person.
• Bed set: RMB 300~400 Yuan/person.
• Electricity Fee Prepaid: RMB 1000 Yuan.
• Room Deposit: RMB 1000 Yuan.
• Insurance Fee: RMB 400 Yuan for half an academic year or 800 Yuan for a full academic year. All students are required to purchase local insurance.

• They can conduct scientific and technological research and carry out application investigation in related high-tech enterprises such as BOSCH, BMW, SIEMENS, HUAWEI, PHILIPS, Midea, GREE, and so on, and in various research agencies or related higher educational institutions.
