The MBA supports promotion and progression within existing careers. It is also an opening to a change in future career direction. Our MBA will improve students’ effectiveness as a manager or leader and will transform their prospects for rising up the corporate ladder.
The course aims to develop individual strengths in leadership, creativity, entrepreneurship, self-knowledge and working with others in the contexts of stability, uncertainty and change. Students will also develop skills in the use of appropriate technology for analysis and communication.
The course has been designed with input from employers from large to small firms, from both the public and private sectors. This course will ensure that students will be ideally equipped for the challenges of the workplace by encouraging innovation, achievement, intellectual rigor and excellence. Our MBA caters for the needs and aspirations of students who have experience of working across various business sectors.

Throughout the MBA program, you will be encouraged to learn through a range of teaching and learning methods. Formal contact sessions will involve a high degree of participation, with group activities continuing outside the classroom as you and your fellow students work together on case studies (some of which will involve employers providing the raw material) and exercises. You will be expected to use your work experience as an integral part of the learning process.

Detailed knowledge in a selected topic will be assessed via a supervised dissertation.
There will be a combination of assessed program work, examinations, individual and group presentations for the taught modules.
Students will have demonstrated the acquisition of almost all of the knowledge, understanding and skills in the core areas and the knowledge, understanding and skills required in the completion of the electives.

1. Non-Chinese citizens who are physically and mentally healthy, possess a strong academic background, are willing to comply with Chinese laws and university regulations, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people are eligible to apply;
2. Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Principally, an applicant's age should not exceed 30 years old.;
3. Applicants from non-English speaking countries should provide scanned copies of TOEFL, IELTS, GRE scores, or other documents proving their English proficiency.

A scanned copy of the passport's main page (valid until after September 30, 2024). Applicants with previous experiences in China should provide scans of all documents related to Chinese visas and residence permits.
Original or notarized copies of all degree certificates starting from the undergraduate level. Current graduates should provide a pre-graduation certificate issued by their universities (graduation date should be before February 29, 2024). The original degree certificates must be submitted upon registration.
Transcripts for all courses taken starting from the undergraduate level.
Academic transcript in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
Include a chronological list of educational experiences from the undergraduate level onward. Applicants with previous educational experiences in China should include all study experiences.
Applicants must undergo a medical examination following the items listed in the form. The examination results are valid for 6 months.
Either the family deposit certificate, property certificate or parent/guardian income certificate with a recommended minimum value of $5,000 USD or equivalent.
Either Chinese or English and signed by associate professors or professors in a relevant field.
At least 800 words, include details about applicants' educational and work background, academic achievements, research plans, and personal development goals. Ph.D. applicants should also provide a detailed academic research plan.
