• 1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with valid passports, be of good character and in good health without a criminal record, abide by China's laws and JIT's rules and regulations, and be friendly to China;

• 3. Language proficiency certificate, which requires a Chinese proficiency certificate with more than 180 points in HSK level Four and within the validity period;
