I have a keen interest in political hemispheres, having been experienced in establishing Youth Policy with the World Health Organisation. I was asked to be a key speaker given my background in marginalized health, domestic abuse and gender based violence, at their 2022 Youth4Health event in Albania. It was an excellent representation of my skill, experience and interests as we collectively contributed to documentation to be used in health policy as a consequence of the CVOID-19 pandemic. In the same year, I was invited to Slovenia and Lithuania to discuss Mental Health and Alcohol Prevention. In the midsts of these oppurutnities, I was offered to do an apprenticeship at Microsoft, where I have been a Data Scientist and Insights Manager, working on the XBox game Sea of Thieves. Although challenging, this has given be a plethora of experience in Aritificial Intelligence, Business Insights, Technology and Big Data. I am skilled in coding Languages SQL and Python, and aspire to use these skills in a Phd with political and historical themes upon completion of my masters degree. My academic and career history has been unique, but i fully believe I would be of benefit to your institution. My personal hobbies are artistic, piano being my main instrument and I love to paint. Additionally, I had a natural cosmetics business that I ran with 2 employees, hand-making beautiful and inspiring bath bombs. With all that being said, I am a passionate and hard-working student who is continuously in the pursuit of knowledge.

The world is changing at an alarming rate because of the technological advancements made by mankind in recent years. Coincidentally, they have all been associated to IT in some fashion. Internet, for example came to our household ten years ago and revolutionized my life. Thus, I can either adapt or stagnate because the world will not wait for me. It is for this reason that I wish to better my understanding of International Management because they are the path to the future. In order to play my part in the evolution of technology, I need to pursue a degree in University of Nottingham Ningbo China which is one of the most distinguished universities of the world. This will present me with an opportunity to further my understanding of computer science and cyber security they are the constituents of future technology. I, Ahmed Mukhtar Idris, am currently working in IT sector as a professional in a well-known company in Pakistan. I have done my bachelors in Computer Software Engineering and also completed my Masters in Information Security. I am currently working on the latest technologies in Pakistan. My final year project was a website which is made by me and my team members by coding in PHP, CSS and html etc. This project helps me to learn different languages like PHP, java and python and from these languages, I have gained so much exposure to my knowledge and skills which surely help me in my future wherever I will be in the world. After completing my bachelors, I got a chance to do a training in a web hosting company through which I have started my professional journey and also learned to do work on different tools like WHMCS, tickets and VM Wares. My key responsibilities were to answer tickets and to work on Virtual machine maintenance. In web hosting company there are different servers on which we have given services to different people in Pakistan. After sometime I switched my job and went to a different company which is related to IT Support in which we were dealing with the customers out of country. We hire technicians of different countries like in UK, Italy and in Europe then they are willing to do some part time work in our company and we pay them hourly. The technicians have to set up some cisco devices, firewalls and music play devices. After sometime I got another job in Human Resource Service Global- HRSG in which we are dealing with SQL Server. Our clients were very giant like in Pakistan we have given services to Sapphire textile Mills Pvt Ltd. So, in HRSG we are dealing with attendance module and payroll services. I have a passion to study in China, as some of my friends are also studing there and they are studing in different universities and they are enjoying their study in the China as well. So, I am also planning to study in the University of Nottingham Ningbo China to enhance my skills and knowledge related to latest IT technologies. The reason of selecting the London Metropoliton University is because it’s ranking globally is very good and from that perspective, I decided to choose this university from which I will get exposure to learn new tools and technologies. From this degree I will get confidence and exposure for my career, where ever I will be in the world I will use my skills which I will learn from your university. I choose this course because I have background knowledge of this study course, In my Masters which I have done from Pakistan it is related to Information Security. I have also cleared my CCNA exam in 2021 which is also very help full for me to study this course. So, that is why I have selected this course of study.
