I have studied in Australia, United States in the same discipline - Sports Science. I have to state the fact that Beijing Sports University out perform most of the universities in Australia and the US, in terms of facilities, candidates for research, research data and papers. They are far more advance. The only thing here is you need to know Chinese to get the true value of a Chinese University's program, even if you are doing it in the English program.
