Scholarship Detail

Scholarship for Students：RMB20,000/ year

Students need to pay tuition fees first when they enter school. Scholarships will be awarded to students in November.

Eligibility

1. Non-Chinese citizens from the “Belt & Road” countries
2. Physically and mentally healthy, outstanding academic performance, no records of criminal offences
3. Non-degree Chinese Language Program (Under the age of 45)
4. Senior-high diploma with excellent academic performance
5. Favorable consideration for valid HSK scores or Chinese Bridge Competition awards
6. Favorable consideration for first time scholarship applicants
7. Not eligible for applicants who have already awarded the Chinese government scholarships or other scholarships

Documents You Need to Provide

1. Signed XISU International Student Application Form
2. Xi ’an Municipal the “Belt & Road Scholarship” Application Form
3. Signed copy of passport photo page
4. Notarized highest diploma and academic transcripts
Official certificates of student status or expected graduation date if not graduated
5. An 800-word Chines or English study or research plan
6. Copies of valid HSK or IELTS/TOEFL Reports
7. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form in English
 (valid for 6 months from the date of issue)
8. Scanned copies of certificates and awards concerned
9. Notarized Non-criminal Record
