1.The Class B Scholarship sponsors students at a rate of 20,000 RMB/person/year. 2.The Class B Scholarship sponsors excellent international students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Zhejiang Province. The scholarship should be used to cover registration fee, tuition fee, fee for basic learning materials, accommodation fee and serious disease and accident insurance.
1.Applicant for bachelor’s degree program or for two/three-year college degree should have obtained senior high 2.school diploma or equivalent education, and be under the age of 30. 3.Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health. 4.Applicants should comply with the laws and regulations in China, and comply with the rules and disciplines in the host HEIs. 5.Applicants should have a good academic record which is among top of the class. 6.Applicant should NOT be awarded with other Chinese Government Scholarships of all levels.
1.Photocopy of valid passport 2.Passport photo 3.Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship application form 4.Highest diploma (original or notarized photocopy): Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English. 5.Academic transcripts (original or notarized photocopy): Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English. 6.A study or research plan. All applicants are required to submit a study or research plan. It must be in Chinese or in English and no less than 800 words. 7.Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (The original copy should be kept by the applicant.). The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Please select the appropriate time to take medical examination as it is valid for only 6 months. 8.HSK (the Chinese Proficiency Test) Certificate. Applicants for English-taught programs must submit proof of English Language proficiency. 9.Application form for admission.

Knowledge Structure
Social science knowledge: have the relevant knowledge in general literature, history, politics and moral.
Natural science knowledge: have the knowledge of math, chemistry, computer science, physics knowledge.
Engineering knowledge: have the knowledge of principles of environmental engineering, design, engineering drawing and electronic electrotechnics.
Professional knowledge: Master the basic knowledge, including introduction to environmental science, environmental chemistry, environmental monitoring, environmental microbiology, biochemistry, environmental ecology; master the knowledge of water pollution control, air pollution control, solid waste control, noise pollution control, environmental assessment, environmental management, environmental planning, and be familiar with relevant national policies and regulations in environmental protection and utilization of natural resources.
Instrumental knowledge: Be able to search literatures in Chinese and English; be able to read and exchange in English; have the ability of data statistics and science writing, and master computer operation skills.
Ability Structure
Ability of knowledge acquisition: has the ability of study independently, computer application, communication; master the information retrieval and information obtain method by the modern information technology, especially learn the developing of environmental science and engineering front, the environmental research field, and the environmental protection industries.
Ability of knowledge application: Through the gained knowledge and skills, be able to research, design and manage the advanced developments, theories and technologies in research field of environmental science and engineering;
Ability of innovation: has the strong ability of innovative thoughts, be able to carry out experiments and technology innovation.

Through these courses, the students will build a solid theory foundation of environmental science and engineering; will possess the knowledge of pollution control, such as water, air, solid and noise pollution control.
