Scholarship Detail

1.The Class B Scholarship sponsors students at a rate of 20,000 RMB/person/year.
2.The Class B Scholarship sponsors excellent international students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Zhejiang Province. The scholarship should be used to cover registration fee, tuition fee, fee for basic learning materials, accommodation fee and serious disease and accident insurance.

Eligibility

1.Applicant for bachelor’s degree program or for two/three-year college degree should have obtained senior high 2.school diploma or equivalent education, and be under the age of 30.
3.Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health.
4.Applicants should comply with the laws and regulations in China, and comply with the rules and disciplines in the host HEIs.
5.Applicants should have a good academic record which is among top of the class.
6.Applicant should NOT be awarded with other Chinese Government Scholarships of all levels.

Documents You Need to Provide

1.Photocopy of valid passport

3.Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship application form
4.Highest diploma (original or notarized photocopy): Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
5.Academic transcripts (original or notarized photocopy): Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
6.A study or research plan. All applicants are required to submit a study or research plan. It must be in Chinese or in English and no less than 800 words.
7.Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (The original copy should be kept by the applicant.). The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Please select the appropriate time to take medical examination as it is valid for only 6 months.
8.HSK (the Chinese Proficiency Test) Certificate. Applicants for English-taught programs must submit proof of English Language proficiency.
9.Application form for admission.

Guided by the needs of regional industries, this program aims to cultivate advanced engineering application talents with good professional ethics, innovative ideas, engineering literacy, systematically mastering the broad technical and theoretical basic knowledge of this professional field, and having strong engineering design, engineering practice and team cooperation ability, and can adapt to the mechanical manufacturing industry and globalization, informatization, greening, and service development; being capable of the research, design, commissioning, control and application of intelligent products (manufacturing equipment/production lines) in the fields of intelligent manufacturing of modern enterprises and participating in the international engineering projects and competition.

The expectations for the trained students who graduate after five years are:

Objective 1: Knowledge and skills in engineering materials, manufacturing processes, digital design of intelligent products (manufacturing equipment/production lines), intelligent simulation of intelligent manufacturing, intelligent processing, intelligent testing, intelligent production management and control, professional regulations, etc.; engineering drawing, engineering materials, product design, manufacturing process, occupational regulations, quality management, computer application, manufacturing automation;

Objective 2: Be familiar with international rules, with global vision, cultural tolerance and cross-cultural synergy;

Objective 3: Systematic thinking, multidisciplinary knowledge cross-integration and migration capabilities;

Objective 4: Collaboratively innovative to solve complex engineering problems in uncertain environments;

Objective 5: Ability to have engineering ethical responsibilities and respect for social values;

Objective 6: Ability to organize and collaborate with leadership and critical thinking.
