50% tuition fee exemption for the first year (which is 11,000 CNY), and free tuition for the second year.
Note: 1. In the online learning phase, the school sends the electronic version of the admission notice to the students, and enrolls after the tuition fee is paid; as the border opens, the school will send the admission notice and JW202 form. 2. Deadline for payment: Within 7 days after the payment notice is issued.
a. Non-Chinese Citizens in good health, under the age of 35
b. Having bachelor degree or above in related disciplines, GPA 2.6/4.0 above
c. Applicants who are non-native English speakers must have IELTS 5.5, TOEFL (IBT) 80 or higher, or a certificate of English proficiency as their learning language.
d. Scholarship applicants must have an average score of 70% or higher or a GPA of 3.0 /4.0 or higher. Admission is based on merit, limited seats, first come first served.

2. Copy of a valid passport.
3. Passport-size photo.
4. Notarized highest diploma (photocopy).
Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
5. Academic transcripts.
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
6. A Study Plan or Research Proposal.
In Chinese or English with a minimum of 500 words.
7. Two letters of recommendation
In Chinese or English from professors or associate professors, should contain professor's contact information and signature.
8. English proficiency test certificate
For example, IELTS, TOEFL or any proof of English as working language during university study (only for applicants of English-taught programs).
9. For students who are currently in China, copy of visa pages are needed.
10. A copy of the "Foreigner Physical Examination Form" within the 6-month validity period.
11. Non-criminal certificate.
12. A full body photo within 3 months and a full body video within 10 seconds.
13. Talents in arts, sports, etc. will be admitted first. Please provide corresponding certificates or performance videos.

Special Scholarship for Programs are taught in English- from Changchun University of Science and Technology is a scholarship established by Changchun University of Science and Technology(CUST) to recruit outstanding international students for programs are taught in English in CUST, China.
-a waiver of fee for registration, tuition fee for the first year and half-tuition fee for the second year;
Applicants should apply to CUCAS before Auf 10th.
To be eligible, applicants must:
-be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health;
-be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for master’s programs;
a. Applicants directly apply to CUCAS.
b. After all the documents are sent to CUCAS, CUCAS will help you to apply for the scholarship. (Please check Application Documents for the detailed checklist.) Documents must be submitted to CUCAS before the deadline.
If you want to apply for CUST University scholarship, you should submit another two documents beisdes the below mentioned
a. Application Form for Special Scholarship for Programs are taught in English (in Chinese or English, please download it HERE. )
b.Foreigner Physical Examination Form (completed in English. Tthe original copy should be kept by the applicant. The form can be downloaded HERE).
Notice: Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
a.After CUCAS send students’ documents to CUST, CUST will review the application documents and decide the nominated candidates.
b.Nominated candidates will be officially awarded with the approval from CUST.
c.CUCAS will send, before Aug 10th, Admission Letter and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202) of the approved applicants to the scholarship winners.
d.Students are not permitted, in general, to apply to change their specialties or the duration of study as specified in the Admission Letter once they agree to accept the scholarship.
e.If applicants fail to register before the deadline for registration, their scholarship will not be reserved.
f.Scholarships will be canceled for those who cannot pass the health examination.
The program aims at training students to master modern management theory, methods and skills with a global vision and strategic view. Students are supposed to be fostered as senior business administration talents with rich humanistic spirit and sense of innovation. They are to be trained to obtain theoretical knowledge with actual abilities as follows,

Through various learning forms and channels, students are expected to have a deep understanding of theory, methods, techniques and expertise at business administration. They are go get familiar with the latest developments and trends in the discipline
(2) The scientific research and innovation capacity
Students are expected to grasp basic research methods and techniques on business administration, and figure out relevant scientific issues from literature and management practice, so as to propose solutions to the problems. Students will be trained to have strong independent working and research capability in the field of management.
(3) The ability of business communication
Students need to be proficient in a foreign language, and can read relevant literature review in a foreign language, as well as have the ability to use a foreign language for business communication.
(4) Academic Exchange Capacity
Students are not only able to read foreign materials concerning their research, but also are capable of writing, translating, listening and speaking in a foreign language. Students need to have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, as well as the ability to communicate, compete and cooperate with partners under certain international perspective and cross-cultural environment.
