School Introduction

and Business Administration is a basis of BNU for cultivating professionals in economics and management. The School has made remarkable achievements in personnel cultivation, scientific studies, discipline development, and social service. The School of Economics and Business Administration provides six undergraduate programs such as "Economics" and "International Economics and Trade", with over 130 international students studying there at present.

Educational Objective

Students will systematically learn the basic theories of management, economics, laws, business management and international management; attain the ability of analyzing and dealing with economic management problems; and develop economic management and international company management competence. Students will be able to assume the work of managing, planning, investigating, counseling and training in domestic fund companies, joint ventures, banks, insurance and securities companies, and the economic management departments in governments of all levels, and the work of researching and teaching in governmental departments, research institutes and schools.

International economy and trade has 7 full-time faculty members, 3 professors, doctoral tutor 4 people, 2 associate professors, 2 lecturers. International economy and trade at present is equipped with two master's degree authorization centers and one doctoral degree authorization centers, world economy subject is the key discipline of Beijing and the national key disciplines. International economy and trade specialty characteristics for the ministry of education, has long insisted on quality, emphasis on thick foundation, wide caliber and mastering many skills while specializing in special education mode. In international trade theory and policy, international trade practice, international investment and trade and environment has evident features of research.

Microeconomics, macroeconomics, marketing, human resource management, organizational behavior, operations management, corporate finance, accounting, statistics, strategic management, international business management, business management, project management, etc. In addition, students can also take public relations, information management and information systems professional elective courses. Some specialized courses adopt the internationally used English original edition teaching material, and use English or bilingual teaching.
