I. Objectives

Civil Engineering aims at training skilled engineers with fundamental theory and comprehensive knowledge who can engage in the job concerned with civil engineering design, construction, research & development, and project organization and management.

II. Requirements 

Students are required to acquire the fundamental theory and knowledge of design, construction, organization and management of civil engineering, to receive basic training of civil engineer, and to grasp basic ability to engage in design, construction, technology development, scientific research and project organization and management in the field of civil engineering.

III. Core courses

Engineering Mechanics，Structural Mechanics，Soil Mechanics, Concrete Structures，Steel Structures，Foundation Engineering, Civil Engineering  Construction, etc.
