Entry Requirements

a. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.

b. Applicants must abide by the Chinese government’s laws, rules and regulations and school regulatory framework.

c. Applicants for Bachelor’s degree study must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification and be under the age of 25.
Note: Students who wish to continue their study for more than 6 months in Nanjing after they obtain the bachelor degree can apply for the scholarship.

d. Applicants must adhere to the university’s rules and regulations and demonstrate high academic achievement.

e. Applicants who receive financial support from any other Chinese Government Scholarship programs or organization/agencies would not be eligible for the Nanjing Government Scholarship.

f. Applicants who have achieved certain level of Chinese proficiency and can provide corresponding certificates (HSK Certificate or other certificates for Chinese study and examinations) are prioritized.
For English-taught majors, requirement for applicant’s Chinese proficiency can be slightly lowered.

Electrical and Electronic engineering graduates are qualified for professional practice or graduate work in several areas of specialization. In addition to the fundamentals of science and mathematics, the program provides a solid background in circuits, analog, and digital electronics, microprocessors, and electromagnetics. The senior-level classes offered for electrical/electronic engineers include control systems, communication systems, digital signal processing, electro-optics, and digital system design. The program is accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology.
