1. Scholarship duration: 3 years. Annual scholarship evaluation is required.
2. Scholarships are retained, promoted or withdrawn based on students' final exam results and daily performance.

-English: IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 85/The equivalent English proficiency test; or English was the instruction language in university
7. Research proposal with a minimum of 800 words
8. Two recommendation letters from associate professor or professor
9. Financial support statement
10. UPC graduate supervisor's acceptance letter (if available)
11. Employment certificate or non-criminal record required from those graduated over 12 months
12. Foreigner Physical Examination Record and Blood Examination Report
13. Supporting documents such as publications and awards (if available)
