Eligibility

a. Only applicable to overseas students who take English-taught degree programs.

b. The JSU Presidential Scholarship to graduate students will be awarded once a year after annual assessment of the student’s performance.

c. Transferring of major by bachelor students who availed JSU Presidential Scholarship in the first year, shall be approved only after the student compensates the scholarship amount back to the university.

4. Graduation Requirements

Editor Notes: In order to graduate successfully, students must pass HSK 4 with score over 180 and meet the requirements stipulated in the curriculum.

Students are allowed to graduate after successfully completing the requirements stipulated in the curriculum, and the score for Chinese Language Proficiency Test Ⅳ(HSK 4) is no less than 180. The university shall issue a certificate of graduation. The examination of the graduation qualification shall be based on the student's curriculum after enrolment.

Students who are qualified to graduate and meet the following condition shall be granted a Bachelor's Degree: if GPA is higher than 1.80.

The Institute of Green Materials and Metallurgy at Jiangsu University is a full-time research institute established in May 2016 with the support of the related preponderant disciplines in materials science and engineering of Jiangsu University. The institute's aim is to establish a "pilot concept" and build a bridge between "basic research - applied basic research - engineering research - industrialization".
