Pharmaceutical Engineering is a featured program of Jiangsu Province and a key program of Jiangsu Province, and was approved as a national first-class undergraduate program in 2022. This program has 23 full-time faculty members, including 12 with senior titles, 4 with associate titles and 7 lecturers, and it also employs 10 part-time teachers from enterprises. Relying on the regional advantageous pharmaceutical industry, this program cultivates application-oriented engineering technical talents who are able to analyze and solve complex pharmaceutical engineering problems, have international vision, and innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, can engage in product development and research, engineering design and project management, production operation and quality control in pharmaceutical and related industries, and adapt to the development of pharmaceutical and related industries.
