• Course contents: Chinese language courses are the main ones, supplemented by others related to Chinese culture.
• Course Objectives: To cultivate students' Chinese language knowledge and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Features of the course: After completing the prescribed courses and passing the examinations, the student is expected to have a preliminary understanding of the general picture of Chinese culture and society, use relevant skills to deal with the basic problems in daily life in China, and reach Level 4 of the Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK).

This program is designed for: Foreigners who plan to study Chinese language and get familiar with Chinese culture, wish to improve their Chinese proficiency and prepare for medical-related majors, or who are interested in Chinese culture.

Main courses: Autumn Class: Comprehensive Chinese , Chinese Listening and Speaking, Chinese Reading and Writing, Overview of China, HSK Standard Course

Completion and certificate award: Those who have completed the prescribed courses and passed the examinations can obtain a certificate of completion issued by Jiangsu College of Nursing; they can register for the HSK according to their personal wishes; those with excellent scores can directly apply for admission to JSCN's junior-college degree program.
