The Scholarship covers the student's following academic year’s tuition fee, on-campus accommodation fee (living in double room; water and electricity fee is not included in this scholarship), textbook fee, insurance fee, residence permit application fee, and physical examination fee.
Note:
1. Scholarship waives all fees directly, no deposit is required.
2. The duration of scholarship award shall not exceed one academic year. Outstanding students may be awarded the scholarship for two consecutive academic years at a time and this student can only be awarded one year’s friendship scholarship for his or her second time of application.

9. Language proficiency proof:
i. IELTS (5.5 or above) or TOEFL (iBT 61 or above; PBT 500 or above);
ii. Native language or official language is English;
iii. High school courses are all taught in English;
iv. English proficiency certificate can be recognized by JXU.
v. Applicants applying for undergraduate (bachelor’s degree) programs taught in Chinese should have HSK 4 (180 or above) certificate.
