With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included.

3. Digital ID photo in JPEG format which is less than 100KB

4. Highest degree transcripts.
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

5. Highest degree diploma.
Diploma in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

6. Applicants who are in China currently should also provide the copy of the page of his /her current visa or resident permit
