This scholarship covers there levels for doctor degree applicants
Type A (Full scholarship): Covers tuition, expenses for accommodation, stipend, and medical insurance during the corresponding study period.
(1) Full tuition waiver
(2) Free Double room accommodation in International Student Apartment
(3) Stipend:
• Undergraduate students: CNY 500 per month;
• Master's students: CNY 800 per month;
• Doctoral students: CNY 1,000 per month.
(4) Comprehensive medical insurance

the scholarship is available for one year, annual evaluation is required, student need to reapply it after studying in school each academic year.Be a non-Chinese citizen in good health. Holding a Master degree under the age of 40when applying for Doctor programs.

Hydrobiology is focused on biodiversity and vital processes of aquatic lives, such as classification of aquatic organisms, structure and function of water ecosystems. Hydrobiology has theoretical and practical importance in understanding phenomena and vital processes of life, managing, developing and utilizing aquatic biological resource as well as saving endangered species and maintaining balance of the water ecosystem. The major of hydrobiology may involve researches on the aquatic biodiversity and resource utilization, physiology and development biology in aquatic animals, aquatic ecology and conservation biology, genetic breeding and marine biological technology.
Either the supervisor or the instructing team with a leading supervisor takes full responsibility in cultivating the doctors. Cross disciplinary research is greatly welcomed, and such cross disciplinary instructing team is encouraged to be established to advise doctors. The supervisor or the instructing team should give advice to the students to design and adjust their training plans, and give advice in their professional studies, scientific research and dissertation writing.
The doctors are mainly cultivated in the form of scientific research, assisted by cause program, while self-teaching and creative learning is greatly encouraged in doctor’s study. Students can also be cultivated in the way of cooperation between research institute and university, which can ensure the exploitation of resources and advantages on both parties.

Elective Courses: Modern Biostatistics, Culture of Cell Theory and Technology, Aquatic Ecology,
Bioinformatics, Theories and Methods in Molecular, Systematics and Ecology
Generally, the period of study for full-time doctors will be 3 years, and normally not more than 6 years (including suspension of schooling). Students are allowed to apply for advancement or extension of graduation according to their own conditions.
