Scholarship Detail

1. The first prize of scholarship:

a. Registration fee and tuition fee (including experiment and internship expense)

b. Comprehensive Medical Insurance

c. Monthly living allowance:
CNY1100 for bachelor's degree students and visiting students

Eligibility

a. Non-Chinese citizen in good health.

b. Applicants for bachelor's degree studies must have graduated from senior high school, under the age of 30.

c. Not sponsored by any other kind of scholarship.

For Chinese-taught Programs:

1. Application Form for Southwest University President Scholarship.
(in duplicate, including one photocopy).

2. Photocopies of attained high school diploma, graduation certificate or diploma certificate.

3. No less than 800 word study or research plan in Chinese.

4. Two recommendation letters in Chinese from professors or associate professors.

5. CD of the applicants’own works.

6. Photocopy of HSK certificate or other certificates of Chinese proficiency (if any).

7. Published academic papers or other academic achievements (original or photocopy if any).

8. Two recent photos (white background, in passport size).

9. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport.

10. Two photocopies of Physical Examination Record for Foreigner.
(The applicant keeps the original for future visa application).

For English-taught Programs:
