Program Introduction
This is a 3-year full time English-taught program majoring in Electronic Information with an emphasis on Embedded Intelligence and Internet of Things.
There are two optional tracks in this program.
Track 1 (Fudan-UTU Double Master's Degree)
Students who have been admitted by Fudan University aiming at getting double master's degree can apply for the study right at University of Turku (UTU), Finland as well. UTU will select students based on their eligibility, study success (at Bachelor's level) and interviews (in English). English proficiency is ensured during an interview. The selected students will have a mandatory one semester (according to the current arrangement it is the second semester) exchange to UTU, Finland.
After completing this program, students will receive the Master Degree from Fudan majoring in Electronic Information and the Master of Science Degree from UTU majoring in Information and Communication Technology. (Please note if you apply for CSC or Shanghai Government Scholarship, you cannot choose this double degree track.)
Track 2 (Fudan Degree only)
Students in this track only study at Fudan in the 3 years. After the completion of study, students  will receive the Master Degree from Fudan majoring in Electronic Information.
Tuition Fees
Tuition fee at Fudan is 180000 RMB/program.
Tuition fee at UTU is 4000 Euro/program for non-EU/EEA students (no tuition fee for EU/EEA students).
Students in Track 1 should pay tuition fees to both universities. Students in Track 2 only pay the Fudan tuition fee.

Thesis requirement
In addition to course work, students in this program will follow supervisors in following research areas to conduct her/his thesis work: Electronic Engineering, Intelligent Sensing and Communication, Intelligent Micro-Nano System, Intelligent Electronics & System, Smart Medical Electronics and Healthcare, Optics and Optoelectronic Engineering, and Intelligent Photoelectric System Engineering. The thesis should be written in English. The abstract should be written in both English and Chinese.

• Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid ordinary passport, be in good health, have attained a degree (Bachelor's degree for Master applicants) and meet the language requirements.
• Evidence of English language proficiency. Non-native English speaker must submit official scores of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). The program requires a minimum score of 90 on the internet-based TOEFL test or 6.5 on the IELTS test. This requirement can be waived only if the applicant received a bachelor's or postgraduate degree lasting for 2 years or above from an institution with English as official instructive language.

Photocopy of valid passport identification page. Passport must be an ordinary one and be valid until Sep. 30, 2022. Applicants currently residing in China also need to provide a copy of the page containing a valid visa or residence permit.

*10. Two recommendation letters

The referee must be professor,associate professor.The letter should be in Chinese or English and include the referee’s signature and contact information. *11. Personal Statement

It requires above 2000 words for master applicants. The language should align with the one to be taught with.The content should include (but not limited to) study and work experience, academic achievement,expected research proposal,and career plan after graduation, etc.

12. Completely filled Foreigner Physical Examination Form.

The form should be filled out in Chinese or English.the report is valid for six months. Applicants currently residing in China may submit Residence Permit or Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card in substitute for Foreigner Physical Examination Form.

13. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct

Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
