It must be issued by your local police station with official stamp.
*5. English proficiency test certificate
TOFEL above 79(IBT) or IELTS above 6 for non-English natives.
*6. Bachelor's Degree diploma
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
*7. Undergraduate transcript
Transcript in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
*8. Letter of recommendation
From 2 professors or associate professors

Photocopy of the financial support statement with signature
*10. Articles/Papers Written or Published

*12. Physical examination record for foreigner(Genrallly, it is only valid for 6 months)
