Program Description

Environmental Biological Science and Technology is a secondary discipline of Environmental Science and Engineering, replying on the Engineering Research Center for Biomass Resource Utilization and Modification of Sichuan Province, the Engineering research Center of Biomass Materials (Ministry of Education), the National University Science Park (Biotechnology Incubator), the Collaborative Innovation Center of Agricultural Biomass Circulation and Utilization, and other key research platforms. The discipline gives full play to the advantage of modern biological technology, using modern biological technology, with basic theory and method of environmental science, biology, agronomy, ecology, and biological engineering, et al, to research the ecological environment problem and environmental pollution control technology in the field of biomass resource cyclic utilization.
The discipline has made significant breakthrough in the field of biomass resource cyclic utilization, environmental biological effect and bioremediation, resource and environment of information technology et al, formed the own obvious advantage and characteristic, with international level of scientific research platform and scientific research strength. 
This major is provided by SCHOOL OF LIFE SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING. And you will be awarded with Environmental Science and Engineering degree, the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Science and Engineering.

(2) Plant disease resistance and utilization,

(3) Plant molecular pathology.

ZhangGuolin：

Field:

(1) Active natural products discovery,

(2) Natural product synthesis, transformation and structure-activity relationship,

(3) Based on natural products drug discovery and chemicobiology.
