Program Description

Program overview

The school of Tourism and Hotel Management also offers a full-time program at the master level. The school aims to cultivate cultural and tourism leaders with cultural heritage, management characteristics, innovation consciousness and international pattern. Graduates of this program can work as an administrator in tourism companies. This program focuses on shaping students' skills in problem-solving and logical thinking. Students in this program can take advantage of our close relationship with major international companies to conduct study and research. Students will also have the opportunity to gain an internship in world-renowned hotels and resort companies in Dalian.

This major includes three research orientations: tourism economic management, social and cultural tourism and tourism planning and development.

 

Entry Requirements

  • Academic performance: Applicants must have successfully enrolled in the postgraduate program in Tourism Management or relevant disciplines at DUFE and the average marks by Year 1 should be above 70%.;
  • Language proficiency: Native speaker or IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 80.
