Written in English or Chinese from two respectable professors. including professors' contact no, email address and handwritten signature

In English or Chinese no less than 600 words including study purpose, research interest and research plan in brief.

*11. Valid identity document of the applicant's emergency contact person

For example, photocopy of a ID card, photocopy of passport, etc.

12. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct
