Biology, Chemistry and Math: over 75%

2. Students under 18yrs old need to submit Guardian Letter, signed by one guardian lives in China, along with the IDs of both sides.

*3. Passport-sized photo

A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

*4. Passport front page; address page (for Indian students)

Applicants applying from China are required to provide a photocopy of the visa page or residence permit page, and the most recent entry stamp record.

*5. Senior high school diploma (or certificate equivalent).

Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

*6. Transcript/Mark sheet/Result scan copy (with signature or stamp of the institution) of 12th Grade/High school

You are required to provide the notarized translation if the documents are in languages other than Chinese or English.

*7. Bank statement (cover 6 months record and closing balance no less than 6000 USD)

*8. Father and/or Mother’s information: Name, Occupation, Phone Number, Permanent address in home country)

*9. Physical check report

Applicants can download the form from the website of our school and then go to the designated hospital in your host country for physical examination. The results are valid for 6 months.
