- (1) Applicants of bachelor degree programs should hold a high school graduation certificate and transcript;
- (2) Applicants of English-taught programs should be good at English listening,speaking, reading and writing.
- (3) Be in good health and have no criminal record.

Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
