Entry Requirements

  • 1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health with no infectious disease.
  • 2) Applicants should be under the age of 40 with a bachelor's degree for a master's degree program.
  • 3) Applicants for Clinical professional master's degree program of Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture-Moxibustion & Tuina or Clinical Medicine should have a bachelor's degree of corresponding specialties and Chinese Language Proficiency of HSK4 certificate with minimum score of 180 or the equivalent level of HSK 4.

*4. Police Clearance Certificate (issued in recent 6 months).

*5. Scanned copy of HSK certificate for programs with requirement for Chinese language proficiency.

HSK level 4 or above.

*6. Scanned copy of the highest diploma and/or degree certificate

Provisional graduation certificate is acceptable upon application, while the official highest diploma and/or degree certificate shall be submitted prior to registration at ZCMU.

*7. Academic transcripts during Bachelor’s degree study.

Notarized copy in Chinese/English.

*8. Two recommendation letters in Chinese or English from full professors or associate professors.

*9. Financial support statement

Certificate of deposit, half a year bank statement, balance at least one-year tuition amount. If the account does not belong to the student, a financial guarantee letter signed by the account holder is required.

*10. A personal statement in Chinese or English with minimum of 1000 words including education background, working experiences, purpose of application and study plan.

11. For applicants already in China, study certificate/working certificate is required.

*12. Physical Examination Report (issued in recent 6 months).
