Entry Requirements
- Non-Chinese citizen.
- Outstanding academic performance and potential.
- Master's degree for doctoral program applicants.
- Valid TOFEL (higher than 90), or academic IELTS(at least 6).
- Native English speakers or applicants with a master's degree acquired in English speaking countries can be waived from the language requirement.

Applicants who have not graduated by the time of application are required to provide an official letter from their current university stating the expected graduation date.
