Program Description
Entry Requirements
The doctoral applicants must be under 40 years old(DOB: after 1982/08/30).
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens who have a foreign passport and be friendly to China. A Chinese emigrant applying to study in Ningxia University must hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 4 years, and in addition, the applicant must have a record of living abroad for more than two years within last four years(before April 30th of the application year).
PhD applicants should be current graduates or previous master graduated with good academic performance during the postgraduate period. In principle, the application for changing major is not accepted.
No criminal record, no history of drug use.
In good health, no serious infectious diseases.
HSK transcript(non-Chinese major applicants must provide HSK 4 or 5 level certificate.

Passport must be valid beyond the intended period of study in China.

The applicant who is still at school has to submit a certificate of attendance or pre-graduation certificate issued by the school currently being attended. Moreover, after admission, the applicant must submit the original academic qualification and a copy notarized by the Chinese Embassy.
*10. 2 Letters of recommendation
Applicants for doctoral degrees must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by a professor or associate professor.
11. Certificates of various awards during study or work
*12. A photocopy of the Foreign Physical Examination Record
This form is uniformly printed by the Chinese health and quarantine department and a blood test report. Applicants should strictly follow the guidelines of the Foreign Physical Examination Record. The Foreign Physical Examination Record is invalid if it is incomplete, without the signature of the doctor and the official stamp of the hospital, or without the photo of the applicant and the cross-page seal on the photo. The applicant is requested to do the medical examination within the 3 months before arriving in China.

Applicants in China should also provide the "transfer certificate" and "Certificate of no discipline violation" issued by the current school, as well as the applicant's photo number and the phone number of the school administrator.
