2. Guardian’s commitment(16~18 years old)

A clear copy of your valid passport with name, photo, birth date, place of birth, date of issue, and date of expiry clearly visible.

Notarized Chinese or English translation is required for non-Chinese and English versions.

*9. Personal Statement

An essay statement and a 3-mintue self-introduction video in English. Introduce why you are applying, describe your interest and enthusiasm for the chosen major, what makes you suitable and how your previous studies or experiences relate to it.

*10. Foreigner Physical Examination Certificate(Valid in 6 months)

Applicants should strictly follow the requirements of the Physical Examinatioin Record for Foreigner and provide a detailed report of blood examination.
Incomplete records, those withot the signature of the doctor, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.

Please provide a 3-minute self-introduction video in English. Self-introduction video may include previous academic background, reasons for choosing to study in Shanghai Ocean University, plans after graduation hand hobbies, etc.

12. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct

Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
