Program Description
Objectives: this major is to cultivate professional English talents who should have better and comprehensive language application ability, intercultural communication competence, technology transfer and language service ability, who should also make use of knowledge of the major to think, innovate and participate in scientific researches.
Employability: graduates mainly engage in training, translation, business affairs, administrative management, oversea sales and other works in foreign trade, communication, IT and other industries, they also take up occupations in foreign companies and well-known domestic companies (Huawei, APL, Bank of China, China Mobile and Global 500 enterprises, for examples).
Entry Requirements
- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport and senior high school diploma, above the age of 18 and under the age of 25, in good health;
- Language Proficiency Requirement: Chinese Taught Programs: HSK 4 or above.
Notes: If applicants' Chinese language Proficiency could not meet the entrance requirement, they need to study the Chinese Language in the first year in CQUPT till they pass the HSK4.

*8. The physical examinations
Written in English and must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
