The program is designed to educate the international students to be senior professional talents, equipped with initiative and practical capabilities, basic theories and knowledge of civil engineering, and the basic training for engineers.

A solid foundation of the professional theory and knowledge:

• a mastery of the basic theory of engineering mechanics, fluid mechanics, structural engineering and geo-technical engineering;
• a grasp of the basic knowledge of engineering planning, engineering materials, structural analysis and design, foundation treatment, technique and organization of construction, basic skills of engineering measurement, and testing and experimenting;
• a basic knowledge of the economic management and environment of the project to be constructed, and the main regulations of civil engineering. Abilities of basic engineering design, construction and management, and innovative abilities in research, application and development after training in the required aspects.
