1. Traning Objectives

This major cultivates senior professionals in business administration who have the knowledge and ability in management, economy, law and enterprise management, and can engage in management, teaching and scientific research in enterprises, institutions and government departments. After four years of study, graduates should master the basic principles of management and economics, as well as the basic theories and knowledge of modern enterprise management; Grasp the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of enterprise management; Strong language and written expression, interpersonal communication and basic ability to analyze and solve enterprise management problems; Be familiar with the relevant guidelines, policies and regulations of enterprise management and the practices and rules of international enterprise management; Understand the theoretical frontier and development trends of this discipline; Master the basic methods of literature retrieval and data query, and have preliminary scientific research and practical work ability.

The School of Business (SB) has 96 employees. Among them, there are 47 professors and associate professors, 51 doctors and doctor candidates. The school is privileged for a number of phenomenal academics, such as an expert with State-Council Allowance, 2 middle-aged and young experts with outstanding contributions in Shandong Province, a well-known technical expert in Shandong Province and 2 college-level distinguished teachers. SB has 4 research centers, 3 research institutes, 3 laboratories and 24 teaching and practice bases. The school also reaches mutual credit recognition and cooperation agreements with Australia, the United States, France and other foreign universities.
