Accommodation Booking Policy:
Non-degree: Arranged by school. Bachelor: Arranged by school. Master: Arranged by school. Doctor: Arranged by school.
General Policy Statement:
1. Book online in advance: Each school may has a different booking method, so the accommodation intention should be submitted and replied to CUCAS promptly by applicants. For some school, you may be required to provide login information for the registred personal account after admission, so that the CUCAS can help book. For other school, a deposit or accommodation fee is required at the time of booking, so applicants can book by self; If need help from the CUCAS, the 20% service fee for transferring fee is need be to charged.
2. Arranged by school: Rooms on campus are guaranteed. No need or unavailable to book in advance.
3. First come, first served: Unavailable to book in advance. (1)The room is guaranteed, but the first come may choose the type first. (2) The room is limited.
4. NO on-campus accommodation: Students are required to rent off campus

Wuhan University (WHU) has 2 campus: Fengyuan Campus (Campus of Humanities and Science), Medical Campus (Campus of Medicine) . The accommodation fee range is from 8000.00 Per Year; RMB 7500/Semester; RMB 1600/Month; RMB70/Day to 30000.00 Per Year; RMB 7500/Semester; RMB 1600/Month; RMB70/Day.

Located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, south of China, Wuhan University, as central China's largest university, is consisted of four campuses, including Faculty of Arts and Sciences(known as the Old Campus), Faculty of Engineering(known as Wuhan university of Water Conservancy and Hydropower), Faculty of Information Sciences(WTUSM), Faculty of Medical Sciences(Hubei Medical Collage). Note:

Building No.1,2,4,5,6 at campus of humanities and science are reserved for scholarship students, self-financed students are allowed to accommodate in these building only when there is a surplus of rooms.

Due to the limited room resources, the dormitories would not accept accommodation application for family members.

Electricity fee is not included in the accommodation fee. It is RMB 0.6 per kilowatt hour and should be paid accordingly.
