Introductions
The Center is actually an air-conditioning apartment hotel which provides fully fitted twin rooms and quads with private bathrooms. It is available for undergraduates only. Generally a tenant will be required to sign a one-year lease contract, prepaying an annual rent of 10,500 Yuan for a twin room or of 5,250 Yuan for a quad.
