This is a dormitory built decades ago without air-conditioning. Residents need to use the public bathrooms in the corridors. Only quadruples are available here, and all rooms has recently been refurbished and furnished with beds, wardrobes, desks, and chairs. Language, postgraduate and doctoral students will be arranged here by school administrations if they are willing to live on campus. Due to the adequate amount of beds, generally all applications will be agreed. Rent for a school year is 900 Yuan per person and can be paid by semester. Those who lease for less than one semester will be charged 750 Yuan monthly. A deposit of 300 Yuan is required.
