Note:
Television fee is paid once for all.
Internet credit is 50RMB per month.
Landry card 50 RMB includes 20 deposit and 10 times usage.
Student accommodation at Nankai University is paid at ¥ 90RMB per day for short-term stays of under 30 days, ¥ 65RMB per day for midterm stays of up to 90 days, long-term stays of 90 days or more are charged at ¥ 60RMB per day.
The fees above are for your reference only and students are free to stay as long as they wish in university accommodation.
*if you do not choose to stay in the accommodation during the winter and summer holiday you will need to check out (including removing
all of you belongings) in order to avoid charges for the holiday period.
On your return, you may be allocated a different room and a different roommate. After your return, you will have to check-in again, which
will be counted as a new stay, i.e. if you leave after 30 days of the spring semester, you will be charged ¥90RMB per day.
You should pay your rent in a timely manner. If your rent is overdue,your key card will be inactive until the outstanding rent is paid.
You must pay in cash in ¥RMB.
