The Students’ Dorm Building can accommodate more than 200 students.
There are varied room type as single room, two- beds room and three-beds room are offered with a sitting room, a bathroom, air conditioner, and services of 24-hour hot water, 201 card phone, TV etc. as well as other services for public use like wash machine, international phone call, boiled water, kitchen are also offered. Nice quality swimming pool (inside), tennis courts and a basketball fields are offered in the campus.

IYU is located in the northeast section of Beijing, along the bank of Liangma River. The Students’ Dorm Building can accommodate more than 200 students.
