Room deposit 1000RMB, 4 months' accommodation fee and Prepaid Electricity Fee(RMB 1000 Yuan/student) are required to pay before moving in.When prepaid electricity fee runs out, another 1000RMB is required to pay, and the rest of the fee is refundable when moving out.
Exchange students are requirsed to pay the fees according to the agreements between universities.
CIC and CIS scholarship students also need to pay Room deposit and Prepaid Electricity Fee. Accommondation fee is not needed.And the rooms will be twin-shared ones in Donghe Building.
Bed Set: RMB 350-500 Yuan, if you need, you can buy from the first floor of the dorm building.
Room Facilities include: Air Conditioner,Shower, Desk and Chair,Wardrobe,Bed.
Note: Kitchen and Washing Machine are in public area.
